We are Kelly and Brittney, founders and owners of SheWolf Fitness. We are two busy moms with 6 girls between us. We have a new found love and passion for women's health and fitness. We would love to help you increase muscle mass and bone density, lose stubborn body fat, boost your metabolism, build healthy habits and routines, understand nutrition better, improve energy and sleep, channel anxiety and depression and crush those goals you have always wanted for yourself!
